Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the items in this shop, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Many items are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces or small-batch studio work. Vintage items may show signs of age and wear, while handmade items may have natural variations that add to their character.

Please note that variations in color, size perception, and overall appearance may occur. Colors can appear differently depending on your screen and settings, and scale may vary depending on how items are viewed.

Measurements, photos, and additional details are provided in each listing to help you make an informed purchase. Please review all listing information carefully, and feel free to reach out with any questions before placing your order at dstewart@craftidly.com

Returns are not accepted for differences in appearance, size expectations, or personal preference.

Digital Products

All digital downloads are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital products, once files have been delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you experience any issues accessing your files or need them resent, feel free to reach out to Dawn at dstewart@craftidly.com and I’ll be happy to help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at dstewart@craftidly.com with clear photos of the item and packaging.

Each situation will be reviewed individually, and I will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include a refund or replacement when possible.
